What sort of support do you offer?We offer telephone and on-site support to businesses. Our telephone support includes remote access technology that allows us to remotely diagnose and repair your systems (when possible) . In the event that we cannot repair your systems remotely, we can call out on-site. We also offer regular system health check-ups, to fix any issues you have with your systems. Doing this helps your business successfully.
Do you offer a Maintenance Package?Yes we do. We can offer you complete assurance that any issue that you have will be sorted out as soon as possible. Our maintenance package would cover all your PCs and networked hardware.
What does it cost?We offer support in 2 different ways - One time support - where we offer support on a per call basis. Best for companies with fewer that 5 PCs. Maintenance package - where we offer support based on a monthly fee. This option is the most cost effective method of support for companies with 5 or more PCs.
